HRAP Training Gateway

The training gateway is the public-facing course and corporate training discovery layer for HRAP Learning. It is not a separate product in these docs. It connects public visitors, individual learners, corporate clients, trainers, and Cizonet administrators to HRAP-managed courses, cohorts, requests, assessments, and certificates.

User types

How it connects to HRAP
Public course browsing and corporate requests should flow into HRAP Suite Learning. Enrolled learners use HRAP Lite or the training app entry to continue courses, complete assessments, and view certificates.
Corporate training workflow
- Company submits a corporate training request.
- Training admin reviews it in Suite.
- Course, cohort, trainer, dates, and format are confirmed.
- Staff are enrolled or synced into the learning workspace.
- Attendance, assessments, and completion are tracked.
- Certificates and reports are issued when applicable.
