HRAP exams validate course completion and can drive certificate issuance. The upgraded editor supports final exam shells, sections, question management, scoring, attempts, and security settings.

Question structure

Exams can use sections to group questions. Questions should be auto-graded where possible. Manual-review questions are not the preferred exam path in the current editor.

Certificate alignment

Certificate template and exam security level are saved together. When a course issues certificates, administrators should review the final exam before publishing or assigning the course.

Learner behavior

Lite presents exams from the course player. The exam experience can enter a restricted mode, track focus or fullscreen rules, save answers, and enforce attempt rules according to the course settings.

Troubleshooting exams

  • If learners cannot start an exam, confirm all required lessons are complete.
  • If certificates are not issued, confirm the final exam exists and the learner passed.
  • If learners report blocked navigation, check backtracking and resume settings.
  • If violations are too strict, review fullscreen and focus monitoring settings.
