  • Module: a group of lessons inside a course.
  • Lesson: reading, video, live session, or material-based content.
  • Material: files or resources attached to lessons or courses.
  • Exam: final assessment or module-level quiz depending on course structure.
  • Certificate: issued after required completion and passing rules are met.
  • Cohort: a scheduled group of learners for a training program.
  • Assignment: a company or employer assigning a course to staff.
  • Marketplace: discoverable course surface for learners or companies when access rules allow it.
  1. Create the course and define target audience, level, summary, outcomes, and certificate settings.
  2. Add modules and lessons.
  3. Attach materials.
  4. Create the final exam if the course issues certificates.
  5. Review certificate and exam alignment.
  6. Publish the course.
  7. Assign it to a company, cohort, or learner group.
  8. Monitor enrollments, progress, exam results, and certificate issuance.

Learner workflow

  1. Open Lite Learning.
  2. Start with Assigned if the employer has required training.
  3. Use Personal or Marketplace for optional development.
  4. Complete required lessons.
  5. Take the exam when available.
  6. Claim or view the certificate after passing.
  7. Use the certificate verification page when sharing proof externally.
Certificate split

Suite manages certificate issuance and administrator downloads. Lite focuses on learner visibility and verification, with certificate pages designed for proof rather than administrator PDF generation.
