HRAP Suite is the administrator and employer workspace. It is the full operating system for HR teams, executives, recruiters, payroll teams, training administrators, compliance teams, outsourcing operators, and client-facing HR service delivery.

How administrators should use Suite
- Start from the dashboard and notification center.
- Keep organization structure accurate before adding large numbers of records.
- Assign ownership by module: recruitment, workforce, payroll, learning, compliance, or outsourcing.
- Use approvals for decisions that need review.
- Review reports before operational meetings.
Cizonet-only and company-scoped learning
The learning navigation has two modes. Cizonet authoring users manage cross-company course creation, cohorts, trainers, enrollments, certifications, and corporate requests. Other employers see company-scoped learning home, course marketplace, staff progress, certificates, request training, and training records.
Suite mobile behavior
Suite mobile is intentionally limited. Executive-style users can access a command surface for dashboards, notifications, approvals, leave, applicants, offers, staff requests, deployments, payroll, and reports. Full administration remains a desktop/tablet workflow.
If a Suite page is blocked on a phone, use a desktop browser or use Lite for employee-facing workflows.
