Company Code

Every business on Cizonet has one company code in the format CMP-XXXXXX. It is the canonical identifier for that business across the whole ecosystem: the same code identifies your company in KudiPod, Praxis, HRAP, ChopView, Calmorah, and Training.
What the code is for
- It links your Cizonet Account to a business.
- It lets staff join the right business without an owner creating each account by hand.
- It keeps one business record consistent across every product the business uses.
- It identifies the business when you contact Support.
The code is not a password. Sharing it with someone lets them ask to belong to your business; it does not give them access to your data until the owner or an administrator assigns a role.
Own a business or belong to one
Cizonet sign-up is company-oriented. When you register, you choose one of two paths.

You can own one business and belong to others at the same time. Switch between them inside the product.
You do not need to request access to a Cizonet product. Owners create the business; everyone else joins with the company code. The only reviewed step in the ecosystem is the website installation for Calmorah Voice.
Where to find your company code
- Owners and administrators: open account.cizonet.com and view the business, or open the business settings area inside the product. The CMP- code is shown with the business name.
- Staff: ask your owner or administrator. They can copy the code from the same place.
If you belong to more than one business, each one has its own code.
Inviting staff
- Share the company code with the person, together with the product they should open (for example lite.hrap.app or kudipod.app).
- Ask them to create a Cizonet Account, choose Belong to a business, and enter the code. If they already have an account, they add the business from their account menu.
- Open the business in the product and assign the correct role. Until a role is assigned, the person may see a limited or empty workspace.
- Ask them to confirm their home screen and main task are visible.
Give each person the least access they need. Owners can change or remove roles later.
Common questions
Can I change my company code? No. The code is permanent so that records stay consistent across products.
Someone entered our code by mistake. What happens? Nothing until an owner or administrator assigns them a role. Remove or ignore the pending membership from the business settings.
We use two Cizonet products. Do we have two codes? No. One business has one code, and it identifies the same company in every product.
I lost the code. Owners can view it again in account.cizonet.com. Staff should ask their administrator.
