A Cizonet Account is your single identity across every Cizonet product. You create it once at account.cizonet.com, and the same email address and password sign you in to KudiPod, Praxis, HRAP, ChopView, Calmorah, Training, and Pulse Wars when it launches.
One account, one password, everywhere

Cizonet Account is the authority for who you are. Each product then decides what you can see and do, based on the business you belong to and the role you were given there.
What your account holds
- Profile: name, email address, and verification status.
- Businesses: every company you own or belong to, each identified by its company code.
- Products: the Cizonet products enabled for those businesses.
- Billing: plans, payments, and renewals handled through Cizonet Account billing.
- Security: your password and password-reset options.
How sign-up works
Sign-up is company-oriented. You either own a business and create it during registration, or you belong to a business and enter its company code. There is no separate "request access" step for Cizonet products; the only reviewed step in the ecosystem is the website installation for Calmorah Voice.
- Create your account at account.cizonet.com or from the sign-up screen of any product.
- Choose whether you own a business or belong to one. Owners enter business details; staff enter the company code they were given.
- Verify your email address.
- Open the product you need. Your account is already recognized there.

Because one password covers every product, changing it in Cizonet Account changes it everywhere. Products do not keep separate passwords.
Common questions
Do I need a separate account for each product? No. One Cizonet Account works across every product. If a product asks you to sign in, use the same email address and password.
I already use one product. Do I need to register again for another? No. Open the new product and sign in. If the product needs a business, choose the one you already belong to or enter its company code.
Can one account belong to more than one business? Yes. You can own or belong to several businesses. Switch between them inside the product.
