Getting Started with Cizonet
LiveLast updated: 2026-07-10
This guide helps new customers and team members move from choosing a Cizonet product to completing their first useful workflow. Exact screens vary by product, but the setup principles are consistent.
1. Choose the product that matches your goal
| If you need to... | Start with... |
|---|---|
| Manage employees, recruitment, payroll, learning, compliance, or schools | HRAP |
| Run sales, inventory, invoices, customers, or a storefront | KudiPod |
| Coordinate documents, communication, meetings, tasks, projects, or approvals | Praxis |
| Give hospitality guests a QR-based visual menu | ChopView |
| Use contextual assistance and recommendations across connected work | Calmorah |
| Follow the prediction competition product being developed | Pulse Wars |
2. Get access
Access normally begins in one of three ways:
- Create an account: available when the product supports direct sign-up.
- Accept an invitation: common for employees, learners, teachers, parents, and workspace members.
- Request organization access: useful when a company, school, or managed account controls onboarding.
Use the same email address that received your invitation. Complete any verification step before trying to enter the workspace again.
3. Understand organizations and roles
Your account identifies you. An organization or workspace identifies where you work. Your role determines what you can see and change.
For example, an HR administrator can manage workforce records in HRAP Suite, while an employee uses HRAP Lite for self-service. A Praxis owner can configure a workspace, while a member may only use the modules shared with them.
Ask an administrator to check both your role and the modules enabled for your organization. Signing in successfully does not automatically grant access to every feature.
4. Set up the workspace
Administrators should complete setup in this order:
- Add the organization or business details.
- Create the basic structure, such as branches, departments, classes, stores, menu categories, or workspace areas.
- Invite a small group of users and assign the right roles.
- Add one complete set of working information.
- Test the main workflow before importing more people or content.
Examples of a useful first workflow include processing one test sale in KudiPod, publishing one menu category in ChopView, assigning one course in HRAP, or managing one project in Praxis.
5. Invite the team
- Invite people from the product where they will work.
- Use work email addresses where possible.
- Give each person the least access they need to do their job.
- Explain which product and workspace the invitation belongs to.
- Ask the first users to confirm that their home screen and main task are visible.
6. Complete a first-day check
- You can sign in and return to the correct organization.
- Your profile and contact details are correct.
- Your role matches your responsibilities.
- The main feature you need is visible.
- You can create, update, or complete one test item.
- Notifications or approvals reach the intended person.
- You know who your organization administrator or support contact is.
Common first-access issues
| Issue | What to do |
|---|---|
| Invitation does not open | Confirm the email address, invitation expiry, and intended product with the sender. |
| Signed in but a feature is missing | Ask an administrator to check your role, organization, plan, and enabled modules. |
| Information appears under the wrong organization | Switch to the correct organization before creating or changing records. |
| A mobile or desktop page is limited | Use the recommended device for that product. HRAP Suite is administration-focused; HRAP Lite is mobile-first. |
| You are unsure what to configure first | Follow the product's getting-started guide and test one complete workflow before expanding. |
