How Praxis works
A Praxis workspace gives a team a shared operating environment. Members can create and connect information instead of leaving meeting notes, tasks, approvals, and files in unrelated places. Workspace owners decide who can join and which areas the team should use.
Praxis also supports focused external collaboration. A team can share a booking page, form, room invitation, or file without giving the recipient access to the entire workspace.
Getting started
- Create or join the correct workspace.
- Invite the first team members and confirm their access.
- Choose one real workflow to move into Praxis.
- Create the documents, room, project, tasks, or approvals needed for that workflow.
- Agree on ownership and naming conventions.
- Test any external link with a non-member before sharing it widely.
- Add dashboards, automations, or agents after the core process is clear.

Common use cases
- Run a project with a shared brief, tasks, meetings, files, and approvals.
- Turn meeting discussions into owned actions and follow-up dates.
- Collect external information through a form and organize it for the team.
- Maintain a searchable knowledge base alongside the work it supports.
- Give clients controlled access to a room, booking page, form, or file.
- Automate a repeatable internal process after the team has agreed on the steps.
Helpful notes
- Start with one team workflow rather than enabling every area at once.
- Use links between related work so people can move from context to action.
- Treat public links as access to a specific item, not membership of the full workspace.
- Keep sensitive information in the appropriate controlled area.
- Review Communication, Documents and Content, and Operations for task-specific guidance.
Praxis is an active Cizonet product. Individual modules may continue to evolve as teams use and expand the workspace.
