Praxis Agenda

Let people find a time that works at agenda.praxisos.app. Agenda combines a calendar, reusable booking links, and bookings.

  1. Open Booking Links and choose New Booking Link.
  2. Set the title, duration, availability, and timezone.
  3. Review the booking window and any enabled notice, buffer, or daily-cap settings.
  4. Publish the link and share its public booking address.
  5. Check Bookings for appointments and approval requests.

Each link can represent a different conversation, such as an introduction, consultation, or team check-in. Pause a link when it should stop accepting new bookings.

  • Calendar shows the working week and scheduled events.
  • Booking Links shows your link library, duration, availability status, and copy/management controls.
  • Bookings groups appointment activity and requests that need approval.

Booking availability is checked on the server as well as on the public page. A slot may become unavailable if another booking was made while a guest was choosing.

Free and Pro

Agenda Free includes one booking link and one calendar, with Praxis branding.

Agenda Pro is listed at ₦10,000 per user per month. It adds unlimited booking links and calendars, approval controls, custom questions, buffers, and daily caps. See Plans and Limits.

Video appointments

A video booking uses the owner's Rooms entitlement. An Agenda subscription does not by itself grant Rooms Pro. If the owner has Rooms Lite, the video meeting follows Lite's duration, participant, and usage limits.

Choose a booking duration that fits your available Rooms limit. Room invitations use a scheduled joining window, and meeting access is scoped to that appointment.

Confirmations and timezones

Guests choose from availability in the relevant timezone. Confirmation emails can include an ICS calendar attachment; open it to add the appointment to a device calendar. Always check the date and timezone before sharing an appointment internationally.

For problems with a missing booking or unavailable slot, confirm the link is active, review availability, and ask the host to check the booking record.
