Choose the complete Praxis OS workspace or a focused standalone product. Prices below are in NGN. The checkout review and confirmed entitlement in your workspace determine what is active.

Annual standalone catalog pricing applies a 10% discount. Pro availability is shown in-app; a listed price alone does not activate access.
Praxis OS
Core remains ₦15,000 per user per month, with a minimum of three paid seats (₦45,000/month). Nexus remains ₦29,500 per user per month, also with a three-seat minimum. Agba is scoped for enterprise requirements.
Active OS access includes standalone Pro capabilities; larger OS allowances are retained where applicable. Core supports Rooms meetings up to 180 minutes. The OS signup offers a 14-day evaluation; standalone free signups do not start that trial.
Avoid overlapping subscriptions
If your workspace already has active OS access, check the included products before purchasing a standalone subscription. When moving several standalone products into OS, review the replacement terms in checkout so existing subscriptions are handled correctly.
Usage and paid access
- Rooms measures participant-minutes, not just meeting duration. A participant's time contributes to the total.
- Forms counts accepted responses and uploaded storage against the owning workspace.
- Agenda video appointments use the owner's Rooms limits.
- Paid capabilities become available after successful payment and entitlement confirmation. If a payment succeeds but access is still pending, keep the reference and contact support rather than paying again.
- Vault standalone purchasing remains deferred until storage activation and migration validation are complete.
