Is Praxis live?

Yes. Praxis is live. Workspace owners may still choose which modules are available to their teams.

What modules are included?

Praxis includes docs, mail, chat, rooms, tasks, projects, approvals, calendar, agenda, tables, sheets, decks, maps, drive, vault, forms, automations, agents, dashboards, signals, search, settings, and control surfaces.

Can external users interact with Praxis?

Yes. Teams can share booking pages, forms, room invitations, and file links. Each link should provide access only to the intended item, not the whole workspace.

Where should a new team begin?

Start with one complete workflow, such as a project with a brief and tasks or a recurring room with notes and follow-up actions. Add more modules after the team has a clear working habit.

How should sensitive files be shared?

Keep sensitive information in the appropriate controlled workspace area, share it only with intended recipients, and review access when the work ends.
