Praxis OS and Standalone Products

Praxis works as a full workspace or as focused products for meetings, forms, scheduling, and email access. Choose the starting point that fits your work.

Personal and team workspaces
Rooms, Forms, and Agenda support a personal workspace for one person or a team workspace. A standalone signup starts the selected product's free tier. It does not start a 14-day Praxis OS trial or unlock unrelated OS tools.
An existing account signs in to its existing workspace. Signing in on a different product address does not automatically create a new workspace or buy a plan.
One workspace, focused navigation
Standalone navigation follows the product's tasks. Rooms has Join a Room, Scheduled, and Recent Meetings. Forms has All Forms and Response Tables. Agenda has Calendar, Booking Links, and Bookings. Mail has its mailbox folders.
A public room invitation, form, or booking page gives a guest access to that specific experience, rather than membership of the workspace.
Plans and upgrades
Rooms Pro, Forms Pro, and Agenda Pro have separate allowances and prices. Active Praxis OS plans include the Pro capabilities, with the larger OS allowance retained where applicable. Review Plans and Limits before upgrading. Paid access is active only when checkout and entitlement confirmation succeed.

Vault availability
The standalone Vault launch is deferred while storage activation and migration validation are completed. There is no free Vault tier. Its planned Pro offer is documented in Plans and Limits; do not treat that listing as an available purchase.
