Praxis Mail

Use mail.praxisos.app to open a mailbox already created in Praxis OS.
Before you sign in
Praxis Mail is an access surface for existing mailboxes. It has no standalone signup or separate Mail subscription, and it does not create a mailbox automatically.
A workspace owner sets up the mailbox in Praxis OS email settings. Your login address can be the assigned @praxisos.app address or an assigned mailbox on a custom domain configured in the app. Use your account password.
Open your mailbox
- Go to Praxis Mail.
- Enter your assigned mailbox address.
- Sign in and confirm that the expected mailbox is shown.
- Choose a folder or select Compose to write a message.
If you see No Praxis mailbox on this account, ask the workspace owner to create or assign it in Praxis OS settings. Repeated signups will not solve a missing-mailbox assignment.
Folders
| Folder | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Inbox | Received messages |
| Starred | Messages you have marked for attention |
| Sent | Messages you have sent |
| Drafts | Messages you are preparing |
| Archive | Messages kept outside the inbox |
| Spam | Messages classified or moved as spam |
| Trash | Deleted messages pending the available deletion policy |
The standalone sidebar contains the mail folders directly. Mail settings and Help remain available from the account area.
Custom-domain mail
A custom-domain address must be configured and assigned inside the workspace first. Typing an arbitrary domain address at login does not provision a mailbox or verify domain ownership.
If mail does not arrive, ask the administrator to check domain verification and routing as well as Spam. If sending fails, keep the draft and review the reported error or send allowance before retrying.
