Getting Started with ChopView

This guide describes the current ChopView operator setup model.

What you need

• Business name, contact details, and location.
• Menu categories.
• Menu items with names, descriptions, prices, and photos.
• Brand colors or visual identity.
• A phone for testing QR and guest menu behavior.

Setup steps

1. Create or accept ChopView access.
2. Complete the onboarding wizard.
3. Confirm the public menu slug.
4. Add categories.
5. Add menu items.
6. Upload item images and generate or attach 3D assets where available.
7. Configure branding and settings.
8. Generate the QR code.
9. Test the guest menu on a phone before printing codes.

Testing checklist

• Menu URL opens without operator access.
• Categories and items display correctly.
• Prices and availability are accurate.
• QR code opens the correct menu.
• AR or 3D preview gracefully falls back on unsupported devices.
• Analytics starts recording scans after the menu is shared.
