Is ChopView live?

Yes. ChopView is live for hospitality operators and their guests.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. Guests scan a QR code and open the menu in their phone's browser.

What happens if AR is not supported?

The guest should still see a useful menu item experience with a 3D viewer or image fallback depending on device capability and available assets.

Can operators track menu scans?

Yes. Operators can review menu scans and AR engagement information from the analytics area.

What should operators prepare first?

Prepare menu categories, item names, descriptions, prices, photos, and brand details before onboarding.
