ChopView is Cizonet's smart-menu product for hospitality businesses. It helps operators publish branded digital menus, share them by QR code, enrich selected items with AR or 3D previews, and understand how guests engage with the menu.

Who it is for

  • Restaurants and cafés replacing printed menus with a managed digital experience.
  • Lounges, bars, and hotels that want branded guest menus.
  • Caterers and event operators sharing a temporary or event-specific menu.
  • Multi-branch hospitality groups that need consistent menu presentation.
  • Guests who want to explore items from their own phone without installing an app.

What ChopView helps you do

  • Create categories and menu items with names, descriptions, prices, images, and availability.
  • Apply business branding to the guest menu.
  • Generate a QR code that opens the menu.
  • Add or monitor rich visual previews for supported items.
  • Update menu details without reprinting physical menus.
  • Review scan and engagement information to understand guest interest.

How it works

An operator manages menu content from the ChopView dashboard. Guests scan the business QR code and open the menu in their browser. They can browse categories, view item details, and open richer visual previews when the item and device support them.

If a rich preview is unavailable, the menu should still give the guest a useful image, description, price, and availability state.

Getting started

  1. Create or receive operator access.
  2. Complete business details and branding.
  3. Create the main menu categories.
  4. Add items with accurate descriptions, prices, images, and availability.
  5. Prepare rich visual assets for the items that benefit most from them.
  6. Generate the QR code.
  7. Test the menu on different phones and network conditions.
  8. Place the QR code where guests can scan it comfortably.

Common use cases

  • Replace printed table menus with a menu that can be updated at any time.
  • Help guests understand unfamiliar or premium dishes through richer visuals.
  • Share hotel, lounge, room-service, or event menus from a QR code.
  • Present consistent branding and item information across multiple locations.
  • Use engagement patterns to improve item placement and menu decisions.

Best practices

  • Keep names, descriptions, prices, and availability current.
  • Use clear, well-lit images that represent the item accurately.
  • Add rich previews selectively to high-value or visually distinctive items.
  • Test the guest experience without signing in.
  • Keep a simple visual fallback for devices that do not support AR.
  • Review the menu after every major price or availability change.
No guest app required

Guests open the menu from a QR code in their browser. Device capability may affect AR or 3D features, but the core menu remains usable.
