Cizonet Training is the public training marketplace at training.cizonet.com. Individuals browse and enrol in courses, companies request corporate training, and learners complete their learning in HRAP Lite and earn verifiable certificates.

How it connects to HRAP

Training is the marketplace; HRAP Learning is where the learning happens.

You discover and enrol in a course on training.cizonet.com.
Your enrolment is created in HRAP Learning under your Cizonet Account.
You open HRAP Lite to study modules, complete lessons, and sit assessments.
When you complete the course, your certificate is issued in HRAP and appears in your Lite certificates view.

Because Training and HRAP share one Cizonet Account, you do not register twice. Use the same email address and password in both.

For companies

A company can request corporate training from the Training site. Cizonet reviews the request, confirms the course, cohort, trainer, dates, and format, and enrols the staff. Progress, attendance, and completion are then tracked in HRAP, and certificates are issued when applicable. Companies that already use HRAP Suite see this training alongside their own internal learning.

Your company code identifies your business on the request.

Verify a certificate

Anyone can confirm a Cizonet certificate without an account.

Open the verification page on training.cizonet.com.
Enter the certificate number printed on the certificate.
The page shows the learner name, course, issue date, and whether the certificate is valid.

Certificates that were revoked or expired show that status. A certificate number that is not found was not issued by Cizonet.

Getting started as a learner

Create or sign in to your Cizonet Account.
Open training.cizonet.com and choose a course or cohort.
Complete enrolment and any payment through Cizonet Account.
Open lite.hrap.app and continue the course from your Learning area.
Complete the assessment and download your certificate.

Paid courses are billed through your Cizonet Account with Paystack. See Billing and the Refund Policy.

Common questions

I enrolled but cannot see the course in HRAP Lite. Confirm you are signed in to Lite with the same email address you used on Training. If you belong to several businesses, check the Learning area under each.

Can my employer see my certificate? Certificates issued through your employer's corporate training are visible to the employer in HRAP Suite. Certificates you earned individually appear in your own Lite profile; you decide who you share them with.
