HRAP Certificates
LiveLast updated: 2026-07-10
HRAP certificates are issued for eligible courses after completion and passing requirements are met. Certificates are designed to be verifiable and tied to the course, learner, issue status, and certificate template used.
Certificate templates
The course editor supports certificate templates such as professional and executive. Courses can also disable certificate issuance. When certificates are enabled, the certificate template should match the course level and exam security expectations.
Administrator workflow
- Enable or disable certificates on the course.
- Select the certificate template if enabled.
- Create and review the final exam.
- Publish the course.
- Assign or open the course to learners.
- Review issued certificates in Suite.
- Use certificate verification for external proof.
Learner workflow
- Complete the required lessons.
- Pass the exam.
- Open the certificate from Lite Learning.
- Share the verification page when proof is needed.
Verification
Certificate verification is available from HRAP. A valid verification view should confirm the certificate ID, learner, course, completion status, issue status, and validity.
Best practices
- Do not enable certificates for courses that do not have a meaningful assessment.
- Keep certificate templates aligned with course difficulty.
- Recheck certificate status before sharing externally.
- Use Suite for administrator certificate management and Lite for learner viewing and verification.
