What HRAP helps organizations do
- Build a clear organization structure across companies, branches, departments, and positions.
- Keep employee, attendance, shift, timesheet, leave, and document records together.
- Move candidates from job opening to application, interview, assessment, offer, and talent pool.
- Manage salary structures, allowances, deductions, loans, payroll runs, and payslips.
- Set goals, KPIs, reviews, feedback, and employee development plans.
- Create learning, assign it to people, assess progress, and issue verifiable certificates.
- Track policies, compliance documents, labour records, audit activity, and disciplinary work.
- Manage outsourcing clients, staff requests, deployments, replacements, contracts, and service commitments.
- Review workforce, service, finance, and learning reports for better decisions.
How HRAP works
Administrators configure the organization and manage official records in HRAP Suite. Employees and learners use HRAP Lite for the tasks that belong to them, such as viewing documents, requesting leave, completing courses, checking certificates, or reviewing pay information. Schools use HRAP Edu for role-specific academic and administrative work.
Roles and enabled modules determine what each person can see. This keeps sensitive administrative tasks separate from employee, learner, teacher, or parent experiences.
Getting started
- Choose Suite, Lite, or Edu based on the user's responsibilities.
- Create the organization structure before adding a large workforce.
- Invite administrators and assign roles carefully.
- Add or import the first group of people.
- Configure one complete workflow, such as leave, payroll, learning, or attendance.
- Test the administrator and end-user sides of that workflow.
- Expand to additional teams and modules after the first workflow is stable.

Common use cases
- A growing company centralizes employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, and performance.
- A training provider publishes courses, manages cohorts and exams, and issues certificates.
- An HR service company manages recruitment, clients, deployed staff, contracts, and service delivery.
- A school gives administrators, teachers, and parents the information and tasks relevant to them.
- A distributed workforce uses Lite for mobile-first self-service while administrators work in Suite.
Helpful notes
HRAP Suite is designed for administration and full desktop workflows. HRAP Lite is mobile-first and is the normal workspace for employees and learners. Exact access can also depend on the organization and role.
- Start with accurate organization and employee data; later workflows depend on it.
- Test permissions with a non-administrator account before inviting everyone.
- Review Roles and Device Access if a user cannot see a feature.
- Use Troubleshooting and the HRAP FAQ for common questions.
