Is HRAP live?

HRAP Suite and HRAP Lite have live application surfaces. HRAP Edu and the training gateway are documented as HRAP ecosystem surfaces with availability depending on rollout.

What is the difference between Suite and Lite?

Suite is for administrators, HR teams, executives, training administrators, consultants, and client users. Lite is for employees, learners, consultants, and trainers who need self-service or field-facing workflows.

Where is HRAP Edu documented?

HRAP Edu is documented inside HRAP because it shares the broader HRAP ecosystem. See HRAP Edu.

Can employees use Suite?

Most employees should use Lite. Suite access is for users who manage HR, training, payroll, outsourcing, compliance, reports, or administration.

Why can I not use some Lite pages on desktop?

Lite is mobile-first. Profile, documents, learning, KPI, dashboard, and consultant areas are desktop-friendly. Field-facing workflows such as attendance are mobile-only.

How do certificates work?

Courses can enable or disable certificates. If certificates are enabled, the final exam and certificate template should align. Learners receive certificate visibility after completing requirements and passing the exam.

Is training a separate product?

No. In these docs, the public training site is documented as HRAP's training gateway because it feeds HRAP Learning, cohorts, requests, assessments, and certificates.
