Consultant workspace

Lite also includes a consultant workspace with dashboard, attendance, communication, documents, leave, messages, reports, workforce, and announcements. This supports HR consultants and field operators who need a lighter workspace than full Suite.

Lite desktop rules

Lite desktop allows the dashboard, profile, documents, learning, KPI, and consultant workspace. Attendance and selfie-update workflows are restricted because they are field-facing mobile workflows.

Learning in Lite

Lite learning has four learner-facing tabs:

  • Assigned: required courses from the employer or training administrator.
  • Personal: courses the learner chooses for development.
  • Marketplace: available courses, when the organization allows marketplace access.
  • Certificates: issued certificates for completed and passed learning paths.

Best practices

  • Employees should use Lite for self-service rather than Suite.
  • Learners should complete lessons in order when a course enforces required content.
  • Consultants should use the consultant workspace rather than switching between employee and admin flows.
  • If a page redirects on desktop, repeat the action on mobile or ask HR whether desktop access is supported for that workflow.
