Getting Started with KudiPod

Use this flow to prepare KudiPod for daily commerce operations.

Setup steps

1. Go to kudipod.app, enter your email, and verify the one-time code - your Cizonet Account and 7-day trial business are created on the spot.
2. Complete business settings.
3. Add inventory items or services.
4. Add customers if you already have a customer list.
5. Configure checkout behavior and invoice defaults.
6. Invite staff with the correct role.
7. Test a sale, invoice, and customer lookup before relying on the workspace.

First-day checklist

• Products have names, prices, and stock levels.
• Staff know whether they should use checkout, invoices, reports, support, or storefront.
• The business owner can review dashboard and report data.
• Notifications are enabled for important events.
• Support users can reach support workflows without owner modules.
