KudiPod Release Notes

v1.1.0 — Operations and Daily Trading

Update date: 30 October 2026. This feature release follows v1.0.0. Availability depends on the business plan, enabled workflows, role, and any required external connection.

Daily Operations

• Growth gains stock counts and transfers, expenses and petty cash, tills and end of day, and approvals.
• Business Plus gains the full implemented Operations workflow range: purchasing, trade pricing, product variants, fulfilment, credit, returns, commission, industry stock, station and delivery work, and connections.
• Operations has its own workflow icon, distinct from Inventory.
• Owners configure the workflows their business uses; staff actions also follow role and branch access.

Invoices and Payments

• Partial-payment workflows keep paid amounts and remaining balances visible on eligible invoices.
• Cash movement, goods returns, refunds, and approval decisions remain separate business events.
• Online settlement and live balance checks still require a connection.

Offline Work and Recovery

• Eligible business changes and supported checkout payments can wait in a durable device queue.
• Stock counts, expenses, and till-closing work can preserve device drafts for later sync and review.
• Sync states distinguish device-saved, submitted, and blocked work, with recovery controls for conflicts.

Mobile and Settings

• Product specifications fit the mobile form without sideways dragging, and modal controls use the available viewport.
• Notification rows have more space, wrapping messages, clearer actions, and timestamps below the message on phones.
• A notification-permission reminder appears once per login when permission is not enabled. Blocked users receive settings guidance.
• Help Centre is a full mobile hub tile immediately after Support.
• Settings groups contact details more clearly and provides a compact company-code copy control.
• Sign-in and registration pages show the linked Powered by Calmorah footer.

Connected Work

Business Plus includes connection management and supported API/event flows. HRAP owns payroll, ChopView owns recipes, and KudiPod retains its sale, stock, and till records. A connection needs working credentials and services before end-to-end delivery can be relied on.

Nigerian e-invoice exports remain prepared data, not validated or submitted fiscal invoices.

Version Numbers

KudiPod uses major.minor.patch release numbers. New compatible features advance the middle number, such as v1.0.0 to v1.1.0. A later fixes-only release advances the last number, such as v1.1.1. Several features and fixes can ship together in one release; the numbers do not count individual changes.
