Connections & Integrations
LiveLast updated: 2026-10-30
Status note: Updated for KudiPod v1.1.0.
Business Plus includes the Connections & API workflow. Open Operations → Configure to enable it, then open Connections & API. An owner or manager should review every connection and its permissions.
Scoped API Access
Create a key with only the supported resources and actions the outside system needs. Store secrets securely, and revoke an unused or exposed key. Order creation uses the business's server-owned product and pricing rules.
Events and Webhooks
Configure an HTTPS receiver and the event types it needs. The receiver should verify the delivery signature and handle repeat delivery IDs safely.
Review each delivery's status. A saved event, an attempted send, and a confirmed delivery are different states. Pending or failed events require the appropriate retry or reconciliation flow; an unknown delivery outcome should be checked with the receiver before a manual resend.
API and webhook screens do not prove that a receiver, credentials, queue, or sister-product connection is ready. Check connection status and complete a test delivery before relying on it for daily work.
HRAP: Commission to Payroll
KudiPod calculates sales commission from eligible invoice activity. HRAP remains responsible for staff payroll. Prepare or export the commission input, then confirm its receipt and handling in HRAP. Preparing an export does not run payroll or pay a staff member.
ChopView: Menu to Stock
ChopView owns menu and recipe authoring. KudiPod maps published menu stock requirements to its inventory. Verify the published mappings and product quantities before using the connection for live orders.
Praxis and Voice
Connected forms and supported order ingress use KudiPod's order rules. Approval mirrors can make local decisions visible to a connected workspace; KudiPod's local decision remains the authority for its own operation. Check the destination's activation and delivery status.
The inbox requires a configured business number and provider credentials. Enable the workflow, finish the connection, and test receiving and replying before relying on it. Do not treat an unconfirmed provider timeout as a delivered message.
Nigerian E-Invoice Preparation
KudiPod can prepare supported invoice data for the available Nigerian e-invoice format. The output is labelled prepared, not validated. It does not by itself issue an IRN, sign, validate, or submit a fiscal invoice. Official onboarding, correct business and tax metadata, and the required validation service remain necessary before fiscal use.
