Calmorah Voice
LiveLast updated: 2026-10-06
Let visitors speak to your business’s AI assistant directly from your website. They do not need an account, a phone number or another app.
Website calling starts through a managed pilot. Request installation at Calmorah Voice.
Prepare your business assistant
- Open your business setup workspace using your Cizonet account.
- Check your business name, services, contact details, time zone and opening hours.
- Add the questions customers ask and the answers your team can stand behind.
- Import a public website page if helpful. Review the imported draft and add accurate information to Knowledge.
- Save and publish a version. Test it in the browser before requesting activation.
Draft edits do not change the assistant visitors are using. Published versions can be restored if an update needs to be undone.
Connect your website
Register the full website origin, including https://. For example, https://yourbusiness.com and https://www.yourbusiness.com are separate origins.
After Cizonet approves the first activation, copy your installation snippet from the website setup panel and add it to your website before the closing body tag. Ask the person who manages your website if you need help.
Your visitors will see a button to talk to the assistant. Their microphone is requested only after they choose to start a call.
Keep answers current
Owners and administrators can publish updates after activation. Review imported information, prices, hours and service policies before publishing. The assistant answers from your published information and should say when it cannot confirm something.
Business knowledge cannot change the assistant’s privacy rules or enable actions it does not support.
Callback requests
A visitor can complete the callback form and consent to sharing their name, contact details and reason with your business. Review saved requests in your setup workspace and mark them handled after your team follows up.
A callback request does not guarantee an immediate call. This version does not automatically book appointments, take payments or transfer the visitor to a live agent.
If a call will not start
- Allow microphone access when prompted and check your device’s microphone settings.
- Use the separate call-page link if your website blocks microphone access inside the widget.
- Check that the current website origin is registered and the installation is active.
- If your call allowance is reached, wait for capacity or review your configured limits.
- Start a new call from the business website after a connection drops.
You can suspend website calls immediately from the setup workspace. Contact Cizonet to restore a suspended pilot installation.
